Do you have the right to change your mind?
This is a bit outside my normal posting.. I love history, the ME and the oil business.. but.....
My question is that do you as an adult recognize and claim your right to change your mind?
Seems to me that this is the bedrock of critical thinking skills.
Opinions may change based on new or more accurate information..
What would you do if you were a physician.. and your experience and instincts made one diagnosis, but the tests came back otherwise?
Would you cast aside your ego and re-evaluate the available information?
Political concerns and stances sometimes requires the same .. ummmmmm.. integrity.
As for me... I tell my adult children.. You have the right to change your mind.. you are an adult.
