Religious Death Toll
Thursday, 03 February 2011 14:40
If a fourteen year old girl has sex with her forty year old male cousin, who is to blame? If members of the man’s family then beat up the fourteen year old, what should happen next? The reports are confusing, she may have been fifteen and she may have been having an affair or it [...]
Zero tolerance for religious sense of humour
Monday, 31 January 2011 11:05
Well no surprise that Americans didn’t appreciate the sense of humour displayed by Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globes. He made swipes at Charlie Sheen for liking alcohol too much, Hugh Hefner for liking 24-year-old women too much and scientologists for disliking gays too much. What caused the most outrage however, was his closing remark.

A strange apparition above a lake in Switzerland has been caught on Google Street View. Can it be distortion or a lens flare? Oh ye of little faith. It is of course God giving us a message. There appear to be two figures, a Jedi Knight on the left and a fairy with wings and [...]

Friday, 31 December 2010 13:43
If there is a God, she doesn’t seem to like large Jesus status very much. The largest sculpture of Jesus Christ in North America was struck down by lightning only last June. Despite this the leaders of the Solid Rock Church in Monroe, Ohio have commissioned a replacement. The height of the new Jesus will [...]

Friday, 31 December 2010 13:43
A mum who bought a toy farm for a child was puzzled when she found it contained a pig sty, but no toy pig. Even though there was a switch to trigger the pig sound when the pig was placed on it, the pig itself was missing. When she complained to the Early Learning Centre [...]
